The Academy for Employee Participation (avm) has trained, guided, and advised Works Councils, business owners, managers and HR professionals on all aspects of employee participation since 2002. We believe that participation deserves a prominent role, both in society and within your organization, and we are committed to helping achieve that. A training is truly successful when we thoroughly understand the learning needs of your Works Council (OR) and organization. Together, we explore and identify these needs. avm’s customised training programs are always results-driven and practical. Topics often raised include team development, vision- and strategy building, skills development, mergers, reorganizations, and collaboration challenges. We also cover specific legal regulations and their implementation, when needed.
